1. Definitions & Interpretation

"Platform" means the hb444 website and all services operated under it. "User" or "Member" means any person who holds a registered account on this platform or uses its services. "Terms" means this entire document, which may be updated from time to time.

• "Account" — the user's personal registered profile.
• "Bonus" — promotional credits or offers provided by hb444.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Deposit" — funds added to the user's account.
• "Withdrawal" — funds transferred out of the account.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an account at hb444, users must meet the following conditions:

• Each individual may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and deposited funds being forfeited.

hb444 may request additional documents (such as a national identity card) for verification at any time. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be temporarily suspended.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

hb444 currently processes transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services.

• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• hb444 reserves the right to verify identity before approving a withdrawal request.

If an error occurs during a deposit or a transaction fails, notify our support team immediately. If a suspicious transaction or fraud is detected, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended.

4. Welcome Bonus

New members at hb444 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• The welcome bonus applies only once on the first deposit.
• After accepting a bonus, withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to any third party.
• hb444 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

5. Wagering Requirements

Fulfilling the wagering requirement is mandatory before a bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

• Wagering multiplier: 10x (on the bonus amount).
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Violating any betting limit during the wagering period may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Certain games designated by hb444 may contribute less or nothing toward wagering calculations — this information will be noted on the relevant bonus page.

6. Other Promotional Offers

hb444 may from time to time provide various promotional offers, cashback and VIP rewards. Each offer will have its own terms and validity period, which will be clearly stated in the offer details.

• Misuse of promotional offers — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using bots, or attempting to gain an advantage through other dishonest means — may result in account closure.
• The VIP cashback program has Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers, with weekly cashback of up to 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8% and 1.0% respectively.

7. Permitted & Prohibited Activities

Users agree to participate on the hb444 platform honestly and for legitimate purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating, match manipulation or using any software tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing or giving account credentials to others.
• Money laundering or conducting any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated betting systems (bots).
• Harassing other users or staff.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs.

If any of the above violations are proven, hb444 reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit the funds.

8. Security & Data Protection

hb444 uses SSL encryption technology to keep users' personal and financial information secure. Encrypted random number generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure fair play on the platform.

• User data is stored and used in accordance with hb444's privacy policy.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, hb444 may temporarily or permanently suspend the account.
• If account login credentials are lost or stolen, notify the support team immediately.

9. Technical Issues & Service Interruptions

hb444 strives to maintain the highest service standards. However, the service may be temporarily disrupted due to network issues, server maintenance or other technical reasons.

• Bets that are incomplete or cancelled due to technical errors are generally refunded.
• hb444 will not be responsible for transactions made during system downtime.
• Maintenance schedules will be announced in advance, though this may not always be possible in emergency situations.

10. Responsible Gaming Policy

All content on the hb444 website — logos, designs, text, software, graphics — is the intellectual property of hb444. Users may not:

• Copy, reproduce or use any content commercially without permission.
• Present hb444's brand name or logo to third parties.
• Decompiling or reverse engineering the platform's software is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

hb444 accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by the actions or services of third parties.
• Missed betting opportunities due to internet connection interruptions.
• Issues with the user's own device or software.
• Indirect losses arising from unexpected technical failures.

hb444 is committed to providing a safe and reliable service at all times, but cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted service.

14. Changes to Terms

hb444 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• The updated terms will be published on this page with the date of the change noted.

• Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
